We had a long weekend in Jersey just before Christmas, the weather was brisk with sunny spells and a stormy sea which made for some nice beach walks and views. There were a couple of Christmas markets in St Helier one with traders from France and also the Christmas Battle of the Flowers which was very good.

We have always visited Jersey in the summer before so it was nice to see it in a different season. Really enjoyable trip, we would not usually thought of Jersey for this time of year but it was a very enjoyable break and we even did some tax free Christmas shopping !
