Icelandair – A great flight option

We flew with Icelandair for a long weekend northern light trip from Heathrow (I took the photo at Manchester a few weeks ago).
They operate a couple of flights a day from Heathrow and most regional airports in the UK. They are very efficient and the inflight service is good.
Icelandair offers flights to and from Iceland, and is also an attractive option for cross-Atlantic flights. They provide safe, reliable flights and exceptional service on flights to metropolitan areas on both sides of the Atlantic.
The airline operates out of Iceland, and uses the country’s geographical location midway between North America and Europe as an opportunity to build an ever-growing network of international routes with Iceland as a hub.
It is a paid-for food service in economy with comfortable seats and ample leg room, I am over 6ft and had no problems.
