We comply with the GDPR it explains our lawful basis for processing the data, our data retention periods and that individuals have a right to complain to the ICO if they think there is a problem with the way we are handling their data. This information is provided in concise, easy to understand and clear language and follows the ICO’s Privacy notices code of practice to reflect the new requirements of the GDPR.

Marketing & communication
As we like to keep our customers up to date with relevant news, we use a third-party company to send emails to our customers. We will always ask you first before sending you any marketing emails, as well as wait for you to confirm before we do so. We may still send you important administrative messages, such as essential security emails.

Access, change or delete your personal information
